All site managers or office staff will be wearing black uniforms on site. If you need any help, please speak to a staff member wearing black. Thank you.

Late fee policy

C.O. Landscaping Late Payment Policy
Payment for all services is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. Customers are granted a grace period of 14 calendar days (2 weeks) from the service date to submit full payment.
If payment is not received in full within this two-week period, a late fee of $50 will be added to the outstanding balance for every additional week the invoice remains unpaid.
Example:
1–14 days after service: No late fee
15–21 days after service: $50 late fee
22–28 days after service: $100 late fee
And so on...
Continued non-payment may result in suspension of future services and/or referral to collections.
We appreciate your timely payments and understanding as we work to serve you efficiently and fairly.

When and how often will I be billed for mowing services?

Mowing customers will be billed on the 12th of each month, starting from the month they begin service through November.

Call back policy

C.O. Landscaping Service Callback Policy
At C.O. Landscaping, we are committed to providing high-quality service and customer satisfaction. If any part of your scheduled service is incomplete or not up to your expectations, we ask that you contact us within 7 calendar days of the service date.
Upon notification within this timeframe, we will promptly return to address and resolve the issue at no additional cost.
After 7 days, the service will be considered complete and fully satisfactory, and the full invoice amount will be due as originally agreed. We will not be obligated to make corrections or provide follow-up services related to that job without additional charges.
We appreciate your business and understanding, and we encourage all customers to inspect the completed work promptly to ensure it meets their standards.
